Data Entry is easy as you also have the ability to customize the data entry screens to fit your application.

Image Capture Our software has numerous capabilities when it comes to Photo Imaging. Face Finder, Red Eye Reduction, Auto Image Cropping are a few features of our imaging capabilities. We also have Exposure Preview Screens which allow the user to select which exposure level provides the clearest photo image. You can add Multiple Photos and the software will also produce Ghosted Images if desired. Biometrics is an integral part of our ID Card software with the ability to capture Fingerprints and Signatures.

Free Support when you purchase one of our software packages we will provide you two instances of support free of charge.  An instance is defined as a telephone call to one of our service technicians asking questions about the software you are installing or have installed.  This service is good for the first ninety (90) days that you own the software.  After these times if you feel you still need assistance you can choose from one of our hourly support programs.

Hourly Support our service technicians are experienced in all levels of our software, with a knowledge base to draw upon which has been developed over the past ten (10) years.  They can answer your questions fast and efficiently.  Our technical support plans provide for 1, 2 or 4 hours of support.  Contact our service or sales department to discuss which plan is right for you.

Integration and customization Services  We also have a comprehensive Integration and customization service which will assist you with complex integration or application problems.  You will find these services easily affordable, fast and effective.  Many of our clients have used these services when third party data migration is an issue or to just simple add some customization for a specific ID card application.  Usually these services are billed out in two hour increments and the cost is determines by the skill set required for your specific request.

Free Upgrades when you purchase one of our ID Card software packages you are automatically enrolled in our upgrade program.  During your product warranty period,  you will receive Maintenance Upgrades at no additional cost to you.  This is usually achieved by downloading our maintenance upgrades directly from our web site.

Training Services One key aspect of you ID Card software is training. The majority of our customers find our software easy to use and implement.  Our menu driven software and workflow approach will have you up and running in minuets as opposed to hours.  If you feel that you would like training to further explore all the features of you ID Card software we have a class that is right for you.  These training classes are scheduled on a regular bases or we will arrange to come to you, either way we have a course that will fulfill you requirements.

WEB Boot Training is a MS net meeting service we provide.  The course runs for four (4) hours and will be tailored to your individual needs.  From setting up a database to card designs to answering questions about peripheral devices this course will assist you in getting started.

ID Card Boot Camp is a one (1) day course at our facility with hands on instruction.  When you leave our facility you will have a database, card design and all the necessary experience to start producing photo ID cards specific to your application.

ID Card Advanced is aimed at the more complex applications of smart card encoding, secure networking, register links, and other more advanced features found in the more complex secure ID Card issuing.

IDMX SQL courses are also available and usually run for two (2) day duration.
